    Shuangshi EPDM facade flashing is an elastomeric airtight membrane, the product comes in black color and has textured surface for maximum adhesion. meanwhile, it has low water vapor transmission factor and works as a perfect vapor barrier for curtain wall and windows system.

    a, Superior weather resistance and UV resistance. Because of the stable molecular chemical structure of vulcanized EPDM material, the life expectancy could up to 30 years, besides, our special formula to the UV and ozone will enhance the weather performance.

    b, Temperature resistance.The EPDM Façade Sealing Membrane normal enduring temperature is from -40 °C  to 120 °C, which means it can suffer at most extreme climate conditions.

    c, Elastic rate. Shuangshi elastomeric facade strips have an elongation rate over 300%, and will always return to tis original size and shape after elongation. meanwhile, it also can accommodate any thermal or structural movements in the building structure to work as waterproof barriers.
